The only dry territories are our underground shelters and those are failing. If you don't "wash" the rain off, your body starts changing. Evolving? De-evolving? Some claim it's our next stage in evolution. I believe the opposite. We are sunk, literally. Futility. The humidity is such you eventually realize you are being slowly cooked. It's back to pond life: pond scum. Omnipotent saturation slurring our languages into elongated, inhuman noises, but there is a glorious chorus on occasion.

UPDATE FEB. 2024 - All is still in production for the 4CD Book. There has been some issues with our CD manufacturer that have slowed down this whole process. We had considered cancelling the series, but we decided that would be a sad way to go out, as we have some of the best artwork and music we’ve ever done included in this series. So, hell or high water we will deliver. It’s tough to set an exact date on it at the moment, but all should be delivered sometime in the Spring of 2024. Thanks for the support and for your patience!

Lost Tribe Sound presents 'The Slow Boiling Amphibian Dreamstate', the second album in a series of four from Arrowounds, titled, the 'Therianthrope Series.' Chamberlain provides no clear answers with his latest installment, when compared with the previous 'In The Octopus Pond.' TSBAD revels in the murk, a heavy dose of particulate matter clouds the vision. Weighty, pressurized rhythms keep the material firmly embedded on the seafloor, while obtuse skeletal melodies provide small pockets of levity and the only breathable air. As with the last album, we continue the story of the Therianthrope Series.
Here as phantom traits continue to gestate, all life slumbers in the planetary shadow of the flayed twin…saturnine and empty.
Without time and within space, the Great Boil began in not an instance, but a spark caused by a conglomeration of events. The world shook and trembled in furious chaos and the pitch-black rains turned to acidic events. A seething of ash and fire copulated in great atmospheric thrall, no sun for centuries to come and no awakening to be had from the universe above. Plumes of mercurial ephemera rose like oil dancing on pores once solid. Torrents of magma descended in between the fissures and fractures, pouring through skeletal temples arched in the throes of starvation. Fragmentary impacts like beasts of slumber given new reign by the eggs of the great serpent, channeling fingers through mountains like teeth on the low ground. While hollow earth penetrations brought oncoming floods to boil, a cometary melting of internal waters frothed and churned in murky despondence. The worst of its plagues were unforgiving on the scarred landscapes, like the serpents of water and sky and the tree of demons at once colliding. The swallowed kingdom at the cauldrons bottom cut off from the air of ever knowing. A path traversed by reason and riddle, led therianthropic beings to reach such altitudes available only to the initiated few. A hatching plot of future preservation as the fires consumed in rebirthing rituals.
A pinnacle of civilization burdened by the stones carved back, in a language no longer carried, on a tongue long since lapsed. Strange gods from a forgotten land fell into the last frontier of creation and myth, becoming one with a cabal of therianthropic amphibian witches who stirred the dark magick within. Together they became entwined, burning monotheistic religions from within to harness the colours away from identifiable sources. Measuring their breathing like living spears of the star worshippers, their outstretched etheric tendrils connected them to the constellations. Their children were born in darkness, minds filled with the shapes and maps of the previous worlds entombed within bodily codings.
